Withdrawal Issues

GOGAME has plenty of options to withdraw cash and can be used anywhere like Coupons or Vouchers, Products or etc.

Before placing your withdrawal request, make sure you’ve completed the below details:

  • Your GOGAME Account Verified - A Notification will be sent to your Inbox.
  • Complete your KYC - Verify your KYC by providing Aadhaar/ PAN by our State-of-Art Scanning Technologies
  • Have Minimum Withdrawal Balance - You must have a Minimum balance of ₹200 to withdraw the cash

Note: It is mandatory to verify your KYC if you’re transferring cash to your Bank A/c.

Returns and Cancellations

GOGAME recommends you to read the terms and conditions before coming into this part. GOGAME offers products, vouchers, cashbacks, scratch cards, gocards, etc. where you get valuable items or virtual real cash at the same time.

We don't take refunds, cancellations, returns or buybacks for the entry amount/ product placement. As once initiated, the cash deposited by you/ product placed will be confirmed. You have to either play/ get the product delivered to you.

For example, if you deposit cash, and ask for a refund via mail/ feedback form, GOGAME cancels the request, as we recommend you to join the contests and win, so that your winning amount gets transferred into Winnings Cash, only then you can withdraw.
